PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS OVERVIEW
1.0 CONSULTATION
We meet with you at the project location for a walk-through to develop an understanding of your project needs, goals, preferences and desired level of service. We will brainstorm and record ideas for solving your biggest design challenges. At the conclusion of the meeting, if there is more work to be done, we can determine how to best work together if we think we are a good fit.
2.0 CONTRACT + RETAINER
We prepare our fee proposal, review it with you and answer any questions. Upon approval we collect your signature(s) a fee retainer.
3.0 DEEP DISCOVERY
Our team dives in deep to gather all of the information we need in order to develop the project in alignment with the requirements and limitations.
4.0 DETAILED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We develop and document the design solutions, and obtain accurate pricing from our trades and vendors to deliver a completed project.
5.0 DESIGN PRESENTATION
We prepare and present all design information to you along with our pricing proposal, and collect deposits on approved items.
6.0 Procurement
Orders and placed, tracked, received and verified. Errors and omissions are rectified.
7.0 Construction
With our oversight, our team of trusted trades complete the site work needed to bring our design vision to life.
8.0 Furnish + Finesse
Furniture and decor is delivered and set up, and the space is styled + photographed.
9.0 Reveal + Celebrate
We will welcome you in, walk you through your newly transformed space and celebrate!
10. Deficiencies
We address outstanding deficiencies in a timely manner.
11.0 FINAL INVOICING
We reconcile the project accounting.
12.0 Conclusion
We gather feedback about what worked well, and where improvements can be made, and we prepare you a project binder with all of the information on the project specifications, maintenance and warranties for you to reference at any time you need.
