When you engage our premium Kitchen Deliverance service your kitchen renovation will be finely crafted with luxury materials, precision hardware, smart storage solutions, innovative appliances, and cutting edge surfaces. We manage the entire process from spark to finesse so you can focus on your own passions. Prepare to be wowed on the Day of Deliverance as we roll out the carpet, crack open the champagne, and reveal your completely finished and furnished kitchen to you.  

Fit-up budgets for this high-touch service start at $450 per sq. ft and up, not including Design Fees, which are billed hourly based on our scale of fees. A minimum retainer of $10k is collected to begin. This service is also available for remote clients willing to cover our travel and lodging expenses.

If you are striving for a mid-high end renovation remedy for your outdated kitchen or for a new build, our KitchenRx design service provides a thorough project prescription tailored to your budget and preferences. You can work with your own contracting team or hire ours to transform your kitchen from tired to inspired by following the detailed design plans we provide. Typical fit-up costs for these projects range between $300-$550 sq. ft. and can feature a mix of high-end and mid range elements in order meet your budget goals.

Design Fees Start at $7777 for up to 144 sq. ft + $30 sq ft additional

If you plan to DIY you kitchen improvement project or manage your own contractors in order to stick within your budget of less than $300 sq. ft. you can take advantage of our Designer Advice Consultations to tap into professional design guidance as you need it.  In these joint working sessions we tackle as much as we can while working on your project together in the allotted time frame, which are available in 2 hour increments up to 8 hours.  We can meet in your home to assess your space and explore layout options, or in any showroom to narrow down fixtures and finishes.

Design Fees range from $397 – $1477 + HST
