Here are some favourite residential projects that we have completed over the years.
A young family wanted to created a brighter kitchen hub with more storage and room for entertaining. We removed a structural wall to join the family room and kitchen, eliminated a small window to make more room for cabinetry, greatly improved the lighting and refreshed the finishes on most of the main floor.
In 2022 we transformed a corner of a dingy furnace room into a luxury modern laundry area with an incredible amount of storage considering the small size of the space.
We were hired to turn his large landing in our clients upper hallway into a functional, professional office space. We incorporated a powered sit stand desk, sound mitigating materials, a motorized window shade, an ergonomic chair and a hanging screen divider, which creates a sense of place, privacy and makes an awesome video call backdrop!
A young professional couple hired us to deliver a playful modern space for their first born. Our goal was to create a space that would last well into the baby's toddler years, and beyond. We opened up the closet to create a space that could double as toy storage and chose a colour scheme that was neither masculine nor feminine.
A young family residing in Ottawa's Westboro neighbourhood hired us to help them maximize their small living room to accommodate their growing family. We opted for a playful modern vibe with industrial hits for this family friendly space with ample of seating.
We helped this single mother create ample storage in her living room using IKEA cabinetry, and jazzed up the fireplace with a beautiful stone surround in a contemporary cut.
In this renovation, the existing kitchen and dining room were combined to create an expansive gourmet kitchen in a mid-century modern style.
The dated builder's kitchen in this Orleans home was transformed into a lovely transitional kitchen with a well appointed island and breakfast nook - perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.
We designed both sides of a semi-detached home in Ottawa's lowertown neighbourhood for an investor flip. The homes were essentially gutted and reconfigured to maximize and modernize the spaces. Our team was tasked with space planning, drafting, custom cabinetry design, lighting layouts, fixture and finish selections. Furniture, decor and styling by others.
This ensuite design was as part of a property flip that involved renovating 3 stories of a semi-detatched in Ottawa's lowertown neighbourhood. We turned of the home's existing bedrooms into an ensuite bathroom, adjacent to a laundry nook accessible from the hallways. For this project we did all space planning, drafting, cabinetry design and selected all finishes and fixtures. Furniture, decor and styling by others.

We helped transform a dirt floor basement in an Ottawa South century home, into a beautiful living space complete with a custom wall unit to display the owner's prized guitar collection, under stair drawer storage, a secret passageway, a hidden room behind a custom bookcase, a spare bedroom and a luxurious bathroom.
A closet was removed in order to make room for this spa-like contemporary bathroom in a Kanata home, complete with a generously sized shower, freestanding soaker tub, dressing table and double vanity.
This small but mighty basement bathroom is big on brightness in a clean transitional style. A custom mosaic made of glass and marble tiles embellishes the floor, while larger marble tiles clad the shower walls. Traditional fixtures add sophistication, and a custom shower enclosure ensure that light permeates the space.
